ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A cosmetically acceptable deodorant composition which is substantially free from astringent antiperspirant agents and germicides contains a deodorant agent which has the property of depressing the partial vapour pressure of morpholine to an extent which is greater than expected. Typical deodorant agents are aliphatic diols. A propellant or thickener can also be present depending on the intended use of the composition.
