Abstract of the disclosure The invention provides novel fluoro-imides/ amides of the formula: Image in which at least two of X1, X2, X3 and X4 are fluorine and any of X1, X2, X3 and X4 which is not fluorine, is chlorine, and A is selected from: a) Image in which R1 is hydrogen or a halogen atom, preferably chlorine, Z is CH or a nitrogen atom, n is 0 or 1, and R is an alkyl group having 1-6 carbon atoms, preferably methyl, or a halogen atom, pref- erably chlorine; b) Image in which Z, n and H have the above-stated meanings; c) Image and d) Image and a process for preparing said compounds. Said compounds have valuable fungicidal and ?iticidal activity.
