Most organic waste materials are allowed to become compost through a rotting or aging process taking from one to two years. In this invention, organic waste is deposited into a canister. It is then processed through a cutting knife blade at the bottom of said canister creating granules that are directed to a second canister located beneath. The organic waste is now reduced to fertilizer and is ready for deposit into the garden or onto the lawn.
