An organic photosensitive optoelectronic device comprising at least one Donor-Acceptor heterojunction formed from a squaraine compound of formula I: wherein each of Ar1 and Ar2 is independently chosen from an optionally substituted aromatic group. The organic optoelectronic device described herein may also comprise a Donor-Acceptor heterojunction that is formed from at least two different squaraine compounds. A method of making the disclosed device, which may include at least one sublimation step for depositing the squaraine compound, is also disclosed.
Linvention concerne un dispositif optoélectronique photosensible organique comprenant au moins une hétérojonction donneur-accepteur formée à partir dun composé du squaraine de formule I : où Ar1 et Ar2 sont choisis indépendamment à partir dun groupe aromatique optionnellement substitué. Le dispositif optoélectronique organique ci-décrit peut aussi comprendre une hétérojonction donneur-accepteur qui est formée à partir dau moins deux composés du squaraine différents. Linvention concerne aussi un procédé de fabrication du dispositif selon linvention qui peut comprendre au moins une étape de sublimation pour déposer le composé du squaraine.
