Abstract of the Disclosure An electroforming mandrel providing exceptional resistance to mask removal in highly corrosive electrolytes. The mandrel relies on a molecular bond between a non-conduc- tive polymer mask and the electrically conductive polymer plating surface to avoid separation of these members and to allow multiple reuse. A metal core acts as a structural member and serves to uniformly distribute current to the electrically conductive polymer.
