The present invention relates to a device, namely a file folder holder and a plurality of transparent file folders used to organize printed materials, artwork, photographs and other stationary items like sports practice and game schedules or monthly school calendars for viewing in 2 windows. The stationary can be placed in transparent tabbed folders, which are then viewable when placed in front of the viewing windows. A plurality of tabbed folders is held inside the organizer. The folder tabs extend outside the organizer opening to allow the folders to be easily removed and replaced. The tabbed folders can be pulled out and placed behind other such folders always enabling the front folders of each section to be viewed. The backing material has magnetic strips attached to it for convenient placement on a refrigerator or any other metal surface, there are also holes provided on the back for wall mounting. A whiteboard insert is also supplied which when placid in the viewing position, can be used to write notes, messages or any other thought.
