ABREGE DESCRIPTIF La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la détection de récepteurs hormonaux comprenant: (1) la mise en présence d'échantillons porteurs de récepteurs spécifiques avec un complexe d'oestrogène, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'un oestrogène ou d'un dérivé d'oestrogène complexé par un composé organométallique comportant au moins un ligand carbonyle libre, ledit complexe d'oestrogène comportant au moins un radical hydroxy libre et aucun radical hydroxy phénolique libre en .alpha. du site de fixation du composé organométallique; et (2) la détection dudit composé attaché à son récepteur par spectographie par leur bande de fréquence au voisi- nage de 1860 à 2000 cm-1.
