Curable organosiloxane compositions that cure by a platinum-group, metal catalyzed hydrosilation reaction yield machinable elastomers which exhibit a high resistance to erosion. These compositions contain an alkenyl-functional organosiloxane copolymer as reinforcing agent, together with quartz and organic or inorganic microspheres, as non- reinforcing filler. The concentration and density of the microspheres are preferably within specified limits.
