The present invention relates to organosiloxaneamine copolycondensates as statistical or block copolycondensates or mixtures thereof of groups Image (I) (I) and X - R4 (II) (II) R1 to R4 is Image (III) and R5 is bonded directly to the nitrogen atom or to the two linked radical X and is an alkylene group, a cycloalkylene group or Image wherein n is 1 to 6 and m is 0 to 6. The free valences of the oxygen atoms that are bound to the silicon atom are saturated by silicon atoms of further groups of formula (III) optionally with the incorporation of cross-linking agents. X stands for -NH2, -NH-(CH2)2-NH2, -NH-(CH2)2-NH-(CH2)2-NH2, -Cl, -Br, -J, -SH, -P(C6H5)2, wherein R" is H or an alkyl group. In addition, production methods and the use of the product for the removal of dissolved metals from solutions or for the absorption of organic solvents are described.
