A method for producing a polyolefin stretched sheet which comprises extruding a polyolefin having a weight average molecular weight of 100,000 to 500,000 into a primary sheet, rolling the primary sheet at a roll-drawing ratio of 5 or more, and stretching the rolled sheet into a polyolefin sheet which is stretched at a total drawing ratio of 15 or more. The method can be employed for producing an oriented polyolefin sheet excellent in creep resistance, tensile strength and modulus in tension, without the use of an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and with excellent productivity.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'une feuille étirée en polyoléfine. Ce procédé consiste à extruder une polyoléfine présentant un poids moléculaire moyen de 100 000 à 500 000, afin de donner une feuille primaire, à laminer la feuille primaire jusqu'à un agrandissement par laminage supérieur ou égal à 5, puis à étirer la feuille laminée, afin de donner une feuille en polyoléfine qui est complètement étirée jusqu'à un agrandissement par étirage supérieur ou égal à 15. Ce procédé peut être mis en oeuvre pour produire une feuille étirée en polyoléfine présentant une très bonne résistance au fluage, une très bonne résistance à la traction et un très bon module de tension, sans utiliser de polyéthylène à haut poids moléculaire et avec une très bonne productivité.
