The present invention refers to pharmaceutical, dietary and/or nutraceutical orosoluble and/or effervescent compo-sitions for oral use containing at least a salt of S-adenosyl methionine (SAMe), combined with physiologically acceptable excipi-ents and optionally additional active ingredients. In particular the invention refers to compositions with high palatability formulat-ed in tablet, capsule or granules. The present invention also refers to the use of at least a salt of SAMe combined with physiologi-cally acceptable excipients and optionally further active ingredients for treating, human or veterinarian, neuropsychiatric, osteoar-ticular or hepatic diseases.
La présente invention porte sur des compositions pharmaceutiques, alimentaires et/ou nutraceutiques oralement solubles et/ou effervescentes pour une utilisation orale, contenant au moins un sel de S-adénosyl méthionine (SAMe) combiné avec des excipients physiologiquement acceptables et éventuellement avec des ingrédients actifs supplémentaires. En particulier, l'invention porte sur des compositions présentant une sapidité élevée formulées en comprimés, gélules ou granulés.
