As an insert to replace the need for having a special Orthotic shoe or footwear constructed by Orthotic consultants, the insert is a wedge shaped, flat on the bottom, with the upper side area made flat for the required height of the heel then gently sloping to point zero just under the arch of the foot. This allows for more feeling and control of the front foot and toes and adding comfort to the arch of the foot. The insert is not intended to be designed for athletes, only for individuals that suffer from pain caused by having one leg shorter than the other. The Ortho Insert is in the Orthotic health field and can be used by hospitals, local medical centers and purchased in retail establishments.
