Device for stimulating venous return in the lower limbs including a frame (1) intended to rest with a supporting surface against a foundation such as a floor, a bed head, a wall etc. The device is distinguished in that a foot plate (4) is arranged to tilt on frame (1) from an starting position that is angled in relation to the floor and thus frame (1) around an axle (5), that foot plate (4) is provided with a leaf spring (9) acting between a section (7) of the frame and the underside of foot plate (4), that the section (7) has such a form that when foot plate (4) pivots from the said starting position, leaf spring (9), by being progressively tensioned by the interaction of the frame with the section of the spring, increases the resistance against the pivoting of foot plate.
L'invention porte sur un dispositif servant à stimuler le retour veineux dans les membres inférieurs. Le dispositif comprend un cadre (1) qui s'appuie, avec une surface porteuse, contre un socle, tel qu'un sol, une tête de lit, un mur, etc. Le dispositif se caractérise en ce qu'une plaque de fixation (4) est adaptée pour basculer sur le cadre (1) depuis une position de départ orientée en angle relativement au sol et donc au cadre (1), autour d'un essieu (5). Le dispositif se caractérise également en ce que la plaque de fixation (4) est munie d'un ressort à lames (9) fonctionnant entre une section (7) du cadre et la face inférieure de la plaque de fixation (4). Il se caractérise enfin en ce que ladite section (7) présente une forme telle que, lorsque la plaque de fixation (4) pivote depuis ladite position de départ, le ressort à lames (9), qui est tendu progressivement par l'interaction du cadre et de la section du ressort, augmente la résistance contre le pivotement de la plaque de fixation.
