ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An orthopedic device comprising a plastic sheet member having one side covered with an insulating fabric layer which is substantially thinner than said plastic sheet member. The plastic sheet member has a tensile strength of at least 2,000 psi. The orthopedic device preferably comprises a plastic sheet member having one side covered with a thin in- sulating fabric and the other side covered with a thin protective fabric. The orthopedic device is formable at temperatures above 130°F.
