- 14 - OSCILLATING ASSEMBLY FOR MATERIAL CONVEYORS ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Conveyor belts are normally supported upon indi- vidual roller assemblies journalled on spindles supported between spaced and parallel supports and these take the full shock load from material transmitted or dropped upon the conveyor belt. The present device utilizes the rubber transmission belt and spaced apart rollers mounted upon each side of a central support, to act as a shock ab- sorber and transfer the shock load from one point to two or more points upon the belt.
