The invention relates to an osteosynthesis device. The osteosynthesis ring, intended to be used in combination with a pin or a screw, and optionally with an osteosynthesis plate, comprises a cylindrical hollow body. The body (2) of the ring (1) is made of a spring biocompatible material; the ring body is traversed from side to side along its revolution axis by a channel (8) housing the pin; the ring body is provided on its external portion with a translational and/or protectional locking means (3, 28, 29); the proximal portion of the body and/or the head of the ring is split (6, 27) along at least one diameter in order to form at least two separate parts (5, 6) susceptible of being spaced from each other. Application to the compression of one or a plurality of fractured bones.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'ostéosynthèse. La bague d'ostéosynthèse, destinée à être utilisée en combinaison avec une broche ou une vis, et le cas échéant une plaque d'ostéosynthèse, comprend un corps cylindrique creux, et: le corps (2) de la bague (1) est réalisé en un matériau biocompatible élastique, le corps de la bague est traversé de part en part suivant son axe de révolution par un canal (8) s'adaptant sur la broche, le corps de la bague est muni sur sa partie extérieure d'un moyen de blocage (3, 28, 29) en translation et/ou en rotation, la partie proximale du corps et/ou la tête de la bague est fendue (6, 27) suivant au moins un diamètre pour former au moins deux parties distinctes (5, 6) susceptibles de s'écarter l'une de l'autre. Applications au maintien en compression d'un ou plusieurs os fracturés.
