The invention relates to an osteosynthesis screw (1) comprising a shaft (3) with a thread (2) and a head (4) formed at one end and having a notch (5) for a tool. The shaft region (3) with the thread has a configuration with a uniform thickness, i.e. trilobular. This configuration prevents inverse rotation due to rapid further growth of tissue.
