An osteosynthetic anchoring member including a longitudinal shaft (1) which comprises a longitudinal axis (2), a front shaft portion (3) insertable into a bone, a rear shaft portion (4) insertable into an implantable plate (28) and, situated in the front shaft portion (3), anchoring means (5) for fixating the shaft (1) in a bone, wherein A) the anchoring means (5) are capable of being extended vertically to the longitudinal axis (2), and B) the rear shaft portion (4) comprises tension means (6) by means of which the anchoring means (5) may be extended, thus enabling the anchoring member to be fixated within a bone. A fixation device including such an anchoring member for fixating fractured femoral heads comprising the following elements: a) the anchoring member (27) to be fixated within the fractured femoral head (35); b) a plate (28) to be screwed to the main part of the femur (36) including a sleeve (29) in which the anchoring member (27) may be received and wherein it is displaceable coaxially to the longitudinal axis (2); and c) a compression bone screw (30) to be screwed into the internal screw thread (23) of the spindle (10), the head (31) of which is supported by the shoulder surface (32) of the sleeve (29).

La présente invention est caractérisée en ce que (A) les moyens d'ancrage (5) peuvent être étendus transversalement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (2) et (B) la partie arrière (4) comporte un dispositif tendeur (6) qui permet l'extension des moyens d'ancrage (5) et par conséquent la fixation de l'élément d'ancrage dans un os. La présente invention concerne également un dispositif de fixation doté dudit élément d'ancrage et destiné à fixer une tête de fémur fracturée, qui comprend (a) l'élément d'ancrage (27) destiné à être fixé dans la tête de fémur fracturée (35), (b) une plaque (28) destinée à être vissée sur la partie principale du fémur (36) et dotée d'une douille (29) dans laquelle l'élément d'ancrage (27) peut être introduit et peut coulisser coaxialement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (4) et (c) une vis de compression (30) pouvant être vissée dans le filetage interne (23) de la tige, dont la tête (31) repose sur la surface d'épaulement (32) de la douille (29).
