An ostomy pouch clamp/closure and a method of production are described. The clamp comprises a blade member and a trough member hingedly coupled to the blade member and having a blade member receiving channel. At least one of the members comprises integrally molded first and second portions, being respectively a rigid portion of a first relatively hard plastics, and a soft or comfortable-feel portion of a second relatively deformable plastics. The clamp can be foamed using two-shot molding. The channel also includes an elongate constriction for releasably retaining the blade member in the channel, providing a mechanical interlock along the entire length of the clamp. The clamp also includes a snap lock at its distal end.

L'invention porte sur une pince destinée à fermer une poche de stomie et la méthode de fabrication de celle-ci. La pince est constituée d'une lame et d'un élément destiné à recevoir la lame, couplé par une articulation à la lame et présentant une rainure. Au moins un des éléments comprend une première et une deuxième portion entièrement moulés, soit une portion rigide constituée d'un premier plastique relativement rigide et une portion souple dont la sensation est agréable constituée d'un deuxième plastique relativement déformable. La pince peut être fabriquée par un procédé de moulage par injection à deux étapes. La rainure comprend aussi un étranglement long permettant de retenir et de libérer la lame. On obtient ainsi une structure d'attache mécanique sur toute la longueur de la pince. € l'extrémité distale de la pince se trouve aussi un dispositif de fermeture avec encoche.
