ABSTRACT A trim and tip arrangement for an outboard drive, i.e. either an outboard motor , or the outboard part of an inboard/ outboard motor, comprises elongated support means pivoted at their forward ends on the lower part of the rudder post. Support means are at their rear ends interconnected by a connecting means which with the aid of elongated slots in both side walls of the outboard drive casing passes right through the outboard drive. An engagement means in the outboard drive engages from behind the connect- ing means. Trim and/or tilt motion is achieved by either the length of the supporting means, or the position of the engagement means relative to the outboard drive, being changed by remote-control. Engagement of the engagement means with the connecting means is secured by a specially adapted lock- ing device.
