An outboard motor with an undercover forming a part of an engine space is provided. The undercover includes a left lower cover and a right lower cover. The left and right lower covers are made from resin. To prevent the undercover from affecting the appearances a plurality of resin reinforcing frame members is integrally fixed to inside surfaces of the left and right lower covers.
