Form 24 Sheet 2 of 5 ABSTRACT The primary function of this invention is to maintain the opera- tion of the cooling system in ZEBRA MUSSEL infested waters or an other infested waters that a self contained cooling system is necessary for proper cooling of an outboard motor or an inboard outbourd unit (Which is sometimes referred to as a stern drive unit.). The secondary advantage being, there is no need to remove the cooling fluid for winter storage of a vessel if antifreeze coolant is utilized.
