On outdoor garden sprinkler irrigation systems the bases are light and with no stability. On the present invention the bases become heavy by filling up with pressured water, and creates stability to maintain a water pulverizor pole upright at the appropriate height desired. Once the bases are emptied of it's contents they become light once again.
