A device for protecting sun bathers from the wind, and for adding an element of privacy to sun bathing. The device is made up of a collapsable wall that can be set up to be less than 24" high, and a supporting means that holds the wall up. When the wall is set up it defines an area of the surface on which it has been set up. The wall has no top, thereby allowing the sun to shine into the entire enclosed area.
