This outer wall structure for buildings, in particular in the form of a wainscot panel in the breastwork area of a building wall, allows advantage to be taken of solar energy. To this end, an outer shell (1) that is at least partially permeable to solar radiation, and an inner shell (3) with a heat-insulating layer (2) are provided, such that the outer shell (1) is made of a single glass pane (4), multiple insulating glass layers, sealed glass or combinations of these. At least one of the inner glass surfaces of the outer shell (1) , i.e. located in Position 2, 3 or higher as viewed from the outside, has a functional layer (5) that is non-transparent to the eye but is at least partially permeable to solar radiation, and that is made up of isolated dot-like opaque zones (6) that are regularly or irregularly distributed over the glass surface. The intervening spaces (7) between the opaque zones (6) in no case exceed a predetermined maximum width which ensures that, from the closest possible point of observation, the intervening spaces (7) cannot be resolved by the human eye.
Cette invention concerne un mur extérieur de bâtiment conçu pour exploiter le rayonnement solaire, en particulier à l'endroit des panneaux de parement de la façade. € cette fin, le mur extérieur comporte une coquille extérieure (1) au moins partiellement perméable au rayonnement solaire et une coquille intérieure (3) à couche thermo-isolante (2), la coquille extérieure étant faite d'un panneau verre simple (4), d'un panneau de verre isolant multicouches, d'un vitrage scellé ou de toute combinaison de ce qui précède. Au moins une des surfaces vitrées intérieures de la coquille extérieure (1), c'est-à-dire celle correspondant à la position 2, 3 ou supérieure, vue de l'extérieur, comporte une couche fonctionnelle (5) opaque à l'oeil nu mais perméable au moins partiellement au rayonnement solaire, ladite surface comportant un réseau de points opaques espacés (6) à distribution régulière ou irrégulière sur toute la surface vitrée. Les espaces (7) séparant les points opaques (6) les uns des autres ne dépassent jamais une largeur maximum prédéterminée afin qu'il soit impossible du point d'observation le proche possible de les détecter à l'oeil nu.
