The side walls extend outwardly to be clamped by the cover plate against the drywall or snub over the outlet box edge to be clamped against the edge by the cover plate, The sealing membrane may be located inside or outside the outlet box and, whether inside or outside, may be a physically separate member or a coating on the outlet box.
