An outlet enclosure for providing a power source to an electrical device. The enclosure includes a housing with at least one locator tab extending therefrom. The locator tab is sized to mate with a corresponding mounting hole in the electrical device or in a mounting bar to be fixed to the electrical device. A locking tab is fixed to the locator tab. The device is secured to the enclosure by passing the locator tab and the locking tab through he mounting holes thereby fixing the device between the housing and the locking tab. Once the device is fixed in this position, an electrical plug connected to the device is plugged into an electrical receptacle mounted within an opening in the outlet enclosure which, in turn, is electrically connected to a power source. In addition, a thermostat switch may be mounted in an opening in the enclosure and electrically connected to the power source and the receptacle. The entire housing is preferably of unitary design and is reinforced by gussets in its corners.
