ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An oven for baking objects, especially pizzas, has an indirect drive for enabling it to accommodate differences in commercial power on a worldwide basis, by simply changing the ratio of gears, sprockets or pulleys. Various access panels and doors on the oven may be opened to facilitate installation, removal, and maintenance of the oven without requiring a significant partial disassembly thereof. An access window is held under gravity in either an open or a closed position in order to eliminate clips, springs, and the like, which may tend to become fatigued and break as a result of the repeated heating and cooling.
