An oven rack has a notch along its periphery. Flat items placed on the rack traversing the notch can be easily removed from the oven without having to first slide the rack from the oven. A handle can be included on the rack to assist in pulling the rack from the oven, if desired.

L'invention concerne une grille de four pourvue d'une encoche sur toute sa périphérie. Des articles plats disposés sur la grille traversant l'encoche peuvent être facilement retirés du four sans avoir besoin de faire d'abord glisser la grille hors du four. Une poignée peut être ajoutée sur la grille afin de faciliter le retrait facultatif de la grille hors du four.
