Cette invention présente un système de moulage doté d'un bloc tourelle (assemblage amovible) associé à un poste de formage de métal et à un poste de surmoulage. Le poste de formage de métal est doté de plusieurs demi-moules configurés de manière à ne former qu'un insert de moule alors que le poste de surmoulage n'est configuré que pour surmouler l'insert. Une fois l'insert formé sur le poste de moulage, on fait pivoter la tourelle sur 180º afin de transférer l'insert moulé avec une moitié du moule de formage vers le poste de surmoulage. Une nouvelle cavité de surmoulage et une nouvelle cavité permettant de mouler un insert sont ainsi formées.
