Abstract: The present invention is directed to compounds of the formula: Image wherein R1 is a C1-C5 alkyl group, a C3-C4 alkenyl group, a C3-C4 alkynyl group or a C1-C2 alkoxy(C1-C2)alkyl group, R2 is a t-butyl group or a 1-methylcyclopropyl group and X is a fluorine atom or a chlorine atom. These compounds are useful as herbicides.
