Oxazole compounds of formula (I), wherein R1 is aryl which may be substituted with halogen(s), R2 is aryl which may be substituted with halogen(s), X is single bond, (a) or SO2, R3 and R4 are independently hydrogen or suitable substituent, (wherein X is (a), neither R3 nor R4 is hydrogen), R3 and R4 may be linked together to form (b), (b) is N-containing heterocyclic group which may be substituted with one or more suitable substituent(s), R5 is hydrogen, etc., A1 is lower alkylene or single bond, (c) is cyclo(C3-C9)alkane or cyclo(C5-C9)alkene, or a pro-drug thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, which are useful as medicament.

La présente invention concerne des composés d'oxazole représentés par la formule générale (I) et convenant comme médicament, l'un de ses promédicaments, ou l'un de ses sels admis en pharmacie. En l'occurrence, R?1¿ et R?2¿ sont aryles substituables par au moins un halogène. X est liaison simple, (a) ou SO¿2?. R?3¿ et R?4¿ sont indépendamment hydrogène ou substituant approprié, auquel cas, si X est (a), ni R?3¿ ni R?4¿ ne sont hydrogène. Toutefois, R?3¿ et R?4¿ peuvent être réunis en un cycle (b) qui est un groupe hétérocyclique contenant un radical N et pouvant être substitué par au moins un substituant approprié. R?5¿ est notamment hydrogène. A?1¿ est alkylène inférieur ou liaison simple. (c) est cyclo(C¿3?-C¿9?)alcane or cyclo(C¿5?-C¿9?)alcène.
