W est O ou S. R¿4? est notamment hydrogène, amino, ou C¿1?-C¿4 ?alkyle; HET-1 est notamment un cycle hétéroaryle à 5 segments relié à C, HET-2 étant notamment un cycle hétérocyclique à 5 segments relié à N, totalement ou partiellement insaturé. Ces composés, sels et esters conviennent particulièrement comme agents antibactériens. L'invention concerne également les procédés de fabrication correspondant ainsi que des comopsitions pharmaceutiques les contenant.
