The invention refers to a method for an integrated treatment of cellulose pulp. The method includes the steps: providing said cellulose pulp (1), providing a determined quantity of white liquor (2) including alkali and sulphur components, providing an oxygen-containing gas, oxidising (5) the sulphur components of the white liquor by the supply of a part of said gas in such a way that at least a part of the sulphur is present in the form of sulphate, transporting the cellulose pulp having a certain kappa number to at least one mixing device (4), and supplying the oxidised white liquor from the oxidising step to the cellulose pulp, supplying a part of said gas to the cellulose pulp in said mixing device, mixing the cellulose pulp with the oxidised white liquor and said gas in said mixing device, and transporting the cellulose pulp from said mixing device to a delignification reactor (6) for oxygen delignification of said cellulose pulp, wherein the kappa number is reduced.
L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement intégré de la pâte à papier. Le procédé consiste en ce qui suit: fournir de la pâte à papier (1), fournir une quantité déterminée de lessive blanche (2) comprenant des composants alcalins et sulfurés, fournir un gaz contenant de l'oxygène, oxyder (5) les composants sulfurés de la lessive blanche en alimentant la lessive blanche de manière à ce qu'au moins une partie du soufre soit présent en forme de sulfate, transporter la pâte à papier ayant un certain indice Kappa jusqu'à un au moins des dispositifs de mélangeage (4) et injecter la lessive blanche oxydée au stade d'oxydation dans la pâte à papier; on alimente la pâte à papier avec une part de ce gaz dans le dispositif de mélangeage, on mélange la pâte à papier avec la lessive blanche oxydée dans ce même dispositif de mélangeage et l'on transporte la pâte à papier depuis le dispositif de mélangeage jusqu'au réacteur de délignification (6) pour effectuer la délignification à l'oxygène de la pâte à papier; à ce stade, l'indice Kappa se réduit.
