The invention relates to a process for the enantioselective enzymatic reduction of a keto compound to the corresponding chiral hydroxy compound, wherein the keto compound is reduced with an oxidoreductase in the presence of a cofactor, and is characterized in that an oxidoreductase is used which has an amino acid sequence in which (a) at least 70% of the amino acids are identical to the amino acids of one of the amino acid sequences SEQ ID No 1, SEQ ID No 6 and SEQ ID No 8, or (b) at least 55% of the amino acids are identical to the amino acids of the amino acid sequence SEQ ID No 2, or (c) at least 65% of the amino acids are identical to the amino acids of the amino acid sequence SEQ ID No 3, or (d) at least 75% of the amino acids are identical to the amino acids of the amino acid sequence SEQ ID No 4, or (e) at least 65% of the amino acids are identical to the amino acids of the amino acid sequence SEQ ID No 5, or (f) at least 50% of the amino acids are identical to the amino acids of the amino acid sequence SEQ ID No 7, or (g) at least 72% of the amino acids are identical to the amino acids of the amino acid sequence SEQ ID No 129.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour la réduction enzymatique énantiosélective d'un composé cétonique en composé hydroxy chiral correspondant, le composé cétonique étant réduit au moyen d'une oxydoréductase en présence d'un cofacteur. Le procédé selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise une oxydoréductase qui présente une séquence d'acides aminés dans laquelle (a) au moins 70 % des acides aminés sont identiques aux acides aminés de l'une des séquences d'acides aminés SEQ ID n° 1, SEQ ID n° 6 et SEQ ID n° 8 ou (b) au moins 55 % des acides aminés sont identiques aux acides aminés de la séquence d'acides aminés SEQ ID n° 2 ou (c) au moins 65 % des acides aminés sont identiques aux acides aminés de la séquence d'acides aminés SEQ ID n° 3 ou (d) au moins 75 % des acides aminés sont identiques aux acides aminés de la séquence d'acides aminés SEQ ID n° 4 ou (e) au moins 65 % des acides aminés sont identiques aux acides aminés de la séquence d'acides aminés SEQ ID n° 5 ou (f) au moins 50 % des acides aminés sont identiques aux acides aminés de la séquence d'acides aminés SEQ ID n° 7 ou (g) au moins 72 % des acides aminés sont identiques aux acides aminés de la séquence d'acides aminés SEQ ID n° 129.
