Abstract Oxime Blocked Isocyanate Cross- Linker For Cathodic Electrocoat Oxime blocked polyisocyanate cross-linking agents for use with nitrogen containing epoxy resins in cathodic electrodeposition processes. The oxime blocking agents are the reaction products of carbonyl containing compounds having at least 4 carbon atoms and hydroxylamine. The oxime blocked polyisocyanates produce cathodic electrodeposited coatings which are smoother than coatings produced by oxime blocked polyisocyanates known in the art.
