An oxime derivative (1): Image (I) wherein R' is hydrogen or lower alkyl; R2 is hydrogen, alkyl, phenyl, cycloalkyl, a monocyclic ring containing nitrogen, lower alkyl substituted by a benzene ring or cycloalkyl, or a lower alkyl substituted by a monocyclic ring containing nitrogen; R3 is alkyl, phenyl, cycloalkyl, a monocyclic ring containing nitrogen, a lower alkyl substituted by a benzene ring or cycloalkyl, or lower alkyl substituted by a monocyclic ring containing nitrogen, wherein the ring in R2 and R3 may be substituted by lower alkyl, alkoxy, halogen, nitro, or trihalomethyl; and salts thereof. These compounds possess PGI2 receptor agonist activity, and are expected to be useful for prevention and/or treatment of thrombosis, arteriosclerosis, ischemic heart diseases, gastric ulcer and hypertension. -36-
