The invention relates to an ozone generator, comprising two electrodes (3, 5) and a dielectric layer (15) arranged between the above such that between the dielectric layer (15) and one of the electrodes (5) an ozonising gap (13) is formed, through which an oxygen-containing gas can be run. In the direction of flow of the gas, a dielectric capacity (CD) of the dielectric layer (15) of the gas becomes smaller and/or layer thickness of the dielectric layer (15) becomes greater, such that a gap width of the ozonising gap (13) is greater on the inlet side than the outlet side.

L'invention concerne un générateur d'ozone comprenant deux électrodes (3, 5) et une couche d'un diélectrique (15) située entre elles, agencées de façon à former, entre la couche de diélectrique (15) et l'une des électrodes (5), une fente d'ozonisation (13) à travers laquelle peut circuler un gaz contenant de l'oxygène, cependant que dans le sens d'écoulement du gaz, une capacité diélectrique (CD) de la couche diélectrique (15) du gaz est plus petite, et/ou l'épaisseur de couche de la couche diélectrique (15) est plus grande. L'invention est caractérisée en ce qu'une largeur de fente, de la fente d'ozonisation (13), est plus grande côté entrée que côté sortie.
