A hanger suspends a collector for a pregnant mare's urine. The hanger includes a base frame that mounts onto a cross member of the horse's stall and a main hanger frame that is pivotally connected to the base frame. A set of springs bias the main frame upwardly to a horizontal position. Two rails extending along the hanger frame support respective pulley wheels that are connected to opposite sides of the collector suspending tubes. This allows the horse to move backwards and forwards in the stall and to lie down in the stall.
