The Invention Relates to the problem of urinating on the floor beside the toilet bowl and seat (only if the toilet seat has a universal seat cover). A Universal Seat Cover is a piece of material which covers the lid and can be purchased at any consumer store (ie. Zellars, Sears...). Due to the sudden falling of the seat because of the Universal Seat Cover a strip of leather, material or plastic can be placed from underneath the tank top lid and attaches to the bottom of the toilet seat. This strip will hold the seat up without any surprises.
