There is provided a one-piece pacifier that has two substrates in which the second or outer substrate overmolds onto the first or inner substrate. The two substrates for the pacifier form a shield for the pacifier. The outer substrate forms the pacifier's nipple. The pacifier is made by forming a plurality of holes in the inner substrate and overmolding the outer substrate onto the inner substrate to form a nipple and a shield for the pacifier.

L'invention se rapporte à une tétine monopièce munie de deux substrats où le deuxième ou substrat extérieur est surmoulé sur le premier ou substrat intérieur. Les deux substrats de la tétine forment un écran pour cette dernière. Le substrat extérieur forme le mamelon de la tétine. La tétine est fabriquée au moyen du formage d'une pluralité d'orifices dans le substrat intérieur et du surmoulage du substrat extérieur sur le substrat intérieur pour former un mamelon et un écran pour la tétine.
