An improved pacifier has a base section and a sucking or nipple section on which are disposed a plurality of protrusions of various shapes so that when a baby sucks hard on the sucking or nipple section will force the same into deformation and when the nipple section is relaxed, the same will resume its shape. Continuous deformation and resumption of its shape, the protrusions on the sucking or nipple section of the pacifier will scrub and massage the top of the tongue of a baby simultaneously.
