Abstract of the Disclosure A retainer and display package mounting a container-dispenser that projects upwardly through a retaining opening in a top wall alongside a transparent cap enclosing a capsule seated on the top wall. The capsule is intended for incorporation in the container-dispenser in use, and the bottom wall must be removed and the cap detached to extract the container- dispenser and capsule for use. The container-dispenser and opening are of such relative dimensions that the container-dispenser cannot be removed through the opening. Preferably the body has upstanding side walls integral with the top wall which is closed except for the retaining opening.
