The invention concerns a box, an assembly of blanks, a method and a device for making a packaging box to transport a load. The box comprises a bottom, at least four side walls, viz. two first opposite walls and two second opposite walls, a heat-shrinkable plastic film (13) designed for packaging and maintaining the load (24) and means for fixing said film on the box bottom comprising a plate (14) mounted horizontal, for pressing and maintaining the heat-shrinkable film on the box bottom inner surface. The plate comprises a median or substantially median line for its provisional longitudinal cone-shaped folding, with a ridge (209) directed towards the box top, said median line being parallel to the two second walls.
Il s'agit d'une caisse, d'un ensemble de flans, d'un procédé et d'un dispositif de fabrication d'une caisse de conditionnement en carton pour le transport d'une charge. La caisse comprend un fond, au moins quatre parois latérales, à savoir deux premières parois opposées et deux secondes parois opposées, un film (13) en matériau plastique thermorétractable destiné à l'emballage et au maintien en place de la charge (24) et des moyens de fixation dudit film sur le fond de la caisse comportant une plaque (14) rapportée horizontale, de plaquage et de maintien à plat du film thermorétractable sur la face interne du fond de la caisse. La plaque comporte une ligne (16) médiane ou sensiblement médiane de pliage longitudinal provisoire de la plaque en chapeau chinois, avec une crête (209) dirigée vers le haut de la caisse, ladite ligne médiane étant parallèle aux deux secondes parois.
