Abstract A single wall, tubular packaging carrier including an integral paper handle formed in the carrier wall. The pack- aging carrier, constructed of a flexible material such as paper, is open at both traverse ends. It is provided with an integral handle located adjacent a longitudinal edge. The handle is formed from the carrier side walls, which may be strengthened local to the handle by reinforcement. It is isolated from the interior of the packaging carrier by a hand guard or separator strip.
