ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A package construction for coilable material and method of packaging and dispensing such coilable material are provided herein. The package construction comprises a reel for coiling the coilable material thereon and a container for containing the reel. In the invention, the container has a plurality of walls, and the reel is made as a part of one of such walls, the one wall having an inner surface and an outer surface, a plurality of feet attached aginast the outer surface, the one wall with its feet defining a pallet for the container and its reel, the reel dis- posed substantially centrally on the one wall, the container comprising tubular construction having an open end, the tubular construction being disposed around the reel with the terminal edge of the open end above the outer surface. Reels of the type provided herein are thus easy to handle both for dispensing purposes and storage after dispensing some of the material.
