A package is disclosed for folding intraocular implants having flexible optics. This package (70) comprises a base (31), supporting means (30) for folding the optical portion (24) comprising a folding edge (34) substantially parallel to the base, capable of coming into contact with the lower surface of the optical portion (24) and forming a longitudinal axis (32) enabling the folding of the implant along the said folding axis (28) on either side of the said folding edge (34) and positioning means (50; 56; 60) cooperating with at least part of the peripheral zone (26) of the optical portion (24) to support the implant and to maintain the folding axis (28) of the implant in the same vertical plane as the longitudinal axis (32) of the said supporting and folding means (30).
L'invention concerne un emballage pour le pliage des implants intraoculaires à optique souple. Cet emballage (70) comprend un socle (31), des moyens de support de pliage (30) de la partie optique (24) comprenant un bord de pliage (34) sensiblement parallèle audit socle, apte à entrer en contact avec une partie de la face inférieure de la partie optique (24) et formant un axe longitudinal (32) permettant le pliage de l'implant selon ledit axe de pliage (28) de part et d'autre dudit bord de pliage (34) et des moyens de positionnement (50; 56; 60) destinés à coopérer avec au moins une partie de la zone périphérique (26) de la partie optique (24) pour supporter l'implant et permettant de maintenir l'axe de pliage (28) de l'implant dans le même plan vertical que l'axe longitudinal (32) desdits moyens de support de pliage (30).
