A packaged product comprising an aqueous or solvent- containing non-ionic cleaning composition in a spray dispensing package. The cleaning composition has a pH of > 10. The package is adapted to produce a spray in a forward direction when a trigger (18) is actuated by a user. The package comprises a spray pump (16) which has an operating plunger (40) that generates a spray on downward displacement. Rearward actuating force is manually applied to the trigger (18) forward of the plunger (40), to pivot the trigger (18) about an axis rearward of the plunger (40) to deliver spray through a spray aperture (50) in the trigger (18). In a preferred embodiment, a spray of 0.3-0.35ml of product is delivered in a cone having an angle of 25 to 75 degrees.
