A transducer has a closure for components mounted on the substrate (13) comprising: a lid component (16); and a peripheral component (17) of plastics material secured by one side to the lid component (16) and by the other side to the one side to the substrate (13); the lid component (16) and the peripheral component (17) serve to define a hermetically sealed enclosure (18) for the electrode structure (12). The invention further comprises a workpiece bearing the transducer to enable strain generated in the workpiece to be examined by way of the transducer.

Cette invention concerne un transducteur présentant une dispositif de fermeture pour les composants montés sur le substrat (13). Ce dispositif de fermeture comprend un couvercle (16) et un composant périphérique (17) en matière plastique fixé d'un côté au couvercle (16) et de l'autre côté au substrat (13). Le couvercle (16) et le composant périphérique (17) servent à définir une enceinte (18) scellée hermétiquement qui est destinée à accueillir la structure d'électrode (12). De plus, cette invention comprend une pièce à travailler qui supporte le transducteur pour permettre l'analyse de la déformation produite dans la pièce à travailler au moyen du transducteur.
