A packaging bag having a steam venting function capable of releasing pressure inside a package even when heating cooking is performed by a microwave oven and preventing the inside of the bag from being contaminated and the package using the packaging bag. The packaging bag 1 comprises two pieces of front and back main body films 2 and 3 having sealant layers 2s and 3s which are opposed to each other with the sealant layers facing inward, side seal parts 5, and a bottom seal part 4. The front body film 2 is folded in the vicinity of the bottom seal part 4 throughout the entire width of the bag and parallel with the bottom seal part to form a fold-in part 8. A steam venting port 11 is formed in the fold-in part 8, and an easily peelable tape 12 covering the steam venting port 11 is disposed on the inside of the fold-in part 8 throughout the width of the bag and parallel with the fold-in part8, and then heat-sealed.
L'invention concerne un sac d'emballage à fonction de libération de vapeur capable de libérer une pression à l'intérieur d'un corps d'emballage même lorsque le chauffage ou la cuisine sont réalisés par le biais d'un micro-onde et empêchent l'intérieur de la poche d'être contaminée, le corps d'emballage utilisant une poche d'emballage. La poche d'emballage (1) comprend deux feuilles de film de corps avant et arrière (2) et (3) possédant des couches de scellement (2s) et (3s) étant opposées l'une par rapport à l'autre avec les couches de scellement regardant vers l'intérieur, des parties de scellement latéraux (5) et une partie de scellement inférieure (4). Le film de corps avant (2) est plié à proximité de la partie de scellement inférieure (4) sur toute la largeur de la poche et est parallèle à la partie de scellement inférieure afin de former une partie pliée (8). Un orifice de libération de vapeur (11) est formé dans la partie pliée (8) et une bande à retrait facile (12) recouvre l'orifice de libération de vapeur (11) situé à l'intérieur de la partie pliée (8) sur toute la largeur de la poche parallèlement à la partie pliée (8). Cet orifice est ensuite scellé à chaud.
